I was watching the news tonight.... and they were showing troops that were coming home to their families.... Every one is so proud of their soldiers and happy they have come home alive. And the soldiers are standing proud as well. It makes me sad, but yet happy to see these families come together again, with dads seeing their babies for the first time, or seeing their toddlers walk for the first time. It is amazing how much support families give, every person was crying, but you could see how proud they were of their soldiers.

I remember waiting at the airport for my dad, it was one of the happiest times in my life. When a soldier leaves to fight for our country, you never know if you will be able to see them again. It is such a happy time when they step off the plane and come home. Watching the news made me cry for those families. But, from experience with my dad, the soldiers are proud to be representing our country, and holding our flag high. So thank you to all of you soldiers out there. Im praying for you.

Summer...

WELL...its finally summer for me. Im officially DONE with my may class..woot woot...i made it through alive.

I finally got a job, it is nice...only 3 days a week however at a daycare. Today was my first day, it went well the kids seem pretty good.
This past weekend was super fun...I went to the guys softball tourney in winona. The hole team was down there, here are a few pics. Basically it consisted of drinking, sun, softball, drinking, swimming and drinking. It was a blast!

This pic is of Brian giving chad a painstick. This is the 'new' beer bong, basically it is a saringe that fits 2 cans of beer, and you basically pour it down the drinkers throat. Its gone in like 30 seconds..ya....good ol college students. This is ME doin a paint stick...yes me...however I only let them put one beer in there because im a wuss like that....maybe its a little smart...who knows. it was fun though! The team playing in the river at the beach after a long day of softball.....we made a fun drinking game with a beachball......however, sober it is probably lame. Notice the awesome floaty with a cooler in the middle....perfect day!

summer is almost here..kinda..

well, luckly i have one more week of this class of hell...actually...the class in itself it extermely intersting, oddly I really enjoy it. This is wierd because I really do not like chemsitry in any way, and this has a lot of chemistry type stuff in it, and I completely (so far) understand it. We are learning about the break down of lipids(fats) and carbohydates in the body for energy and where your body will run out of oxidized forms of energy and go to another form, anaerobic (lack of oxygen) ....anyway, its interesting...just a TON of work. This last week is going to be hell i have 3 tests in the class, and to make it worse...since this class runs long, it overlaps iwth the June session of classes...SOOO i have class starting at 5:30 am all week...ewe. I thought 7:00 was bad!!!!

ohwell, it will be nice to be done with school for a couple months...then my senior year!!!!!!!! WOOT WOOT!!

I am home for the weekend, its kinda wierd though. I am not used to sleeping at home...its been a long time. Nice to be here, but just wierd right now...not really sure what to do since everyone is sleepin! ohwell...ok well thats all the news I have for now......

i have nothing to say.
All i do is get up super early for my 7 am class...sit in class for 5 hours...then work for four...then study til i go to bed. Thats about it. on average i study 6 hours a day.

however....yesterday was a bit interesting...after work I got locked out of my house...well not so much locked out...when people dont know how to lock our door, it gets locked wrong and you can only unlock it from inside. SOooooo that means i have to climb onto our roof and climb through mollys window....well, the reason our door was jammed, was because gus's friends were moving their stuff in the house...(not a big deal) cause we have an empty room from molly going home for the summer....soooooo im afraid of hieghts so i decided to wait for the lovely jenna to get off work and help me out...cause shes awesome like that. An hour and a half later we begin to climb onto the roof and it starts pouring out. wonderful....not only are we climbing but were both barefooted and climbing in nice kacki pants that are now all muddy. Anyway, since im afraid to go up on the way high roof, jenna went up and it took about 35 min to open the window...which happen to fall into mollys room...onto a fishtank that the people set there while they were moving...which happened to fall and shatter on the ground spilling water, rocks and fish all over mollys room. but hey...we got in side. well..im getting bored telling this so thats about it the end. have a great day. good night.

Summer??? ...Kinda

Well, it is finally summer....not really though, Monday I start the class of hell.. 5 hours a day m-f. Owell...at least it will be over in a month. Colorado was fun, bascially I made up mine and brians minds on living there when I graduate (haha jk, i he loves it out there as well) :) heehee. But for real, if I get accepted to grad school there, Im soooooo living there! It was a lot of fun to see Mike and Al..(you looked great Alison). I am excited to be an auntie to a baby girl now!!!!!! It was also fun to see one of my favorite Aunt and Uncles...its always fun when I go visit them:) However, their 5 year old son basically beat me in a game of Pig...BUT the basketball hoop was a child one, so I like to use that as my excuse. Basically, I love it down there. Now I am spending the week with brian. So far so nice! Its nice to not be able to see him for 2 days then have to go back to school...but the day of me going back is slowly creeping up! Sunday Brian graduates!!! Yay for him, however I am quite jelous:) haha. then I have to head back down to W-town for class monday. Well thats about it...OH AND I got Myspace, however I cannot add anyone because the stupid thing wont send me a confirmation email, and its realllllllllly making me anggggryyy. So I cant add people and I cannot do some cool effects. Ok but you can all add me, so here is my link!

Am i a senior yet??

Ok well week 2 of hell is almost over, just 2 more days of finals....im about to go nutso with this studying business. but by thursday I will be in the wonderful place of colorado...so i just keep thinking of that!
This weekend was a TON of fun! Friday brian got here and sat. was draft day. We started drinking at 1, played beer darts and other outside stuff...got a nice tan and grilled out...yumm. Sunday on the other hand sucked....i studying or attempted to study allll day long. It was nice out, so molly and i decided to head out by the lakes and study on a blanket out there while getting a tan:) it was a fun time minus the creepy no shirt pot bellied 40 year old man that was looking at us while just sitting on the back of his truck doing nothing...WEIRDOOOO.... haha ok well...thats all i got for ya, but here are some great pics from this weekend:)

HAPPY LAST DAY OF CLASS!!!

Ok, well im super excited right now. Currenlty I am sitting in a class that i have dreaded all semester long and this is the very last time I will be sitting in here...EVER. woohoo....also, my speeches went VERY well (A's on both) which is a HUGE relief. After this class I am officially a senior in college....wow...hmmm I like the sound of that. So that basically makes this day even better. Also, brian is coming tonight! Tomorrow is Draft day (stupid football) but that means grilling out, playing bean bags and beer darts and ddrinking all day outside...yay. im excited it should be a lot of fun!
Last night a bunch of us went out. Basically everyone had an extremly stressful week so a lot of people were out! it was a ton of fun...it was also fun at my 8am this morning trying to focus on my class survey i had to fill out..seriously it didnt help at the fact that the letters were size 6 font. hahaha
This past week, molly and i were outside and ofund a robin egg on the ground. So we decided to be cool and we took it home with us, put it in a box with socks as its next with a lamp on top of it to try to hatch it...well....lets just say we think we fried the egg...ooops. hahahah We must have had the lamp too close, because it started reaking of burn. hahah...i know, we are stupid. Owell..it was fun
Also...one more week and I will be in the wonderful place of COLORADO!!! WOOHOO...ok, on that note i better pretend to listen again in this class.
