long few weeks

Ok...i know i havent posted in a while.....but I have been pretty busy. However, with nothing good. All school. wonderful. So theres not too much to say, last weekend I visited brian. That was fun as usual. However WSU played in the national tourney game....and lost:( In the last 30 seconds we lost so that sucked, owell! They are still awesome:) Its FINALLY friday, however next week isnt gonna be ANY bettter! i have to be on campus at 5:30 am for a lab ...(umm EWE) then I have 2 huge tests and a 100pt presentation.....I cant wait til THAT week is over!!! Then I will be going home thursday for easter break!!! WOOHOO:) Hopefully my mom will take me grocery shopping....im running pretty low. Ha...Ok, this post sucks so im just gonna stop blabbing and I better get to listening in class...

oh and i was SUPPOSED to go hiking in the bluffs...but noooooooooo it has to rain all f'n weekend. oh well, i will prolly stay inside and be a bum.

Oh ONE more thing! I finally scheduled the dates to go out to Colorado to visit my bro and soon to be sis along with visiting a grad school out there....hard to believe that i have ONE month left of my Junior year....one more year...eek then off to more school!!

oh last thing....when i was visiting brian, he got his cap and gown....scary!!! but exciting:) AND he got offered a job after school!! YAY HIM congrats bri!

Christina Concert!!

Ok, sorry i havent posted in a while, expecially after the christina concert!!! But ive been so busy with school with a test, two presentations and a paper this week.....but last weekend i was busy too, Saturday I had a volley ball tourney which was A LOT of fun, we ended up playing about 8-10 games, somewhere in there.....it was FUNNNNN however we didnt place, we still had fun and did well. SUnday was a thing called "pals weekend" which because Im a WSU ambassador, we put on this event for seniors that are coming here next year come stay with students and go to classes and stuff, wellthey came sunday and so I was invovled with all the events that day to keep the busy....i was pretty awesome:) haha luckly i have a loud voice and the ability to get people involved in lame games...hhaa....i made them fun:) Ok, so now MONDAY was the christina concert....our limo picked us up at our house and we road to the EXCEL center with about a hundred stops for molly to pee. haha. But we got to the concert and it was awesome....our seats wernt close but they were good! We were in a balcony with a view right down to the stage, so we were in the FRONT row of the balcony (not front row of the whle concert like we thought haha). So that was cool, the concert was great...i dont hve many pics but here are some!

Now this weekend I am going to visit brian!!! So i better get back to listening in class!!!

College Life???

Ok, so I know this sounds really corny and sappy but this is what I was thinking today as I was walking through campus, seeing all the students doing their student thang:

Even though college is full of studying, long ass days going on forever with group meetings, work, class and being in the lib till forever......but in all reality, its not that bad. Becuase I mean, if I were in the 'real' world right now, I wouldnt be able to get up 15 min. before i had to be somewhere at 8am....and go there wearing what i wore to bed! Or waking up extremely hung over and still being able to go to class and just sit on your laptop talking to friends online about the night before.....gotta love the laptop campus:) Anyway, what im getting at is life as a college student isnt that bad at all...and besides the exams and homework, its a pretty easy life.....and it only took me 3 years to realize that....ahahhahaa...All i know is going to college was one of the best choices ive made, I couldnt even think of being in an occupation right out of highschool!! Ok im done being lame....

Spring Break.....for real this time!

Ok, so long stories short...spring break was awesome.. we first went to Wisconin Dells for 3 days...that was fun! We started drinking at 3:00 sharp...aka...hotel checkin...then proceeded to drink at the pool....those were the best water slides EVA! haha after a long weekend of drinking and water slides!!! Oh...AND we went out to the bars both nights...and hung out with the "townies" that consisted mainly of 45-85 year old men.....lets just say we got a lot of free drinks tahnks to molly!! hahaha...we even got free drinks from the 85 year old man!!! hahahaha After that, i headed home for a couple days of sledding with my mom and hanging out with the fam (minus mike and al) haha Then i proceeded to Brians for the rest of the week which was a lot of fun and a lot of shopping! HAPPY SPRING BREAK

OK, so to go along with the last message...Winona got the most snow in Minnesota that weekend (30 inches) and school was NOT canceled. However, this storm that just hit minnesota.....i was hoping today would be either late to start or canceled.....because i had a hard midterm at 8am. Last night molly came into my room at 11:30 and said that the news said WSU was closed for friday, and also the radio was announcing it was closed....SOOOO what did we do? Well...the college thing, we freaked out and got all excited, when outside to play in our fort (pics below) and celebrated no school and spring break starting early....and of course made a few alcoholic beverages. Well....to my luck after getting 4 hours of sleep, I woke up to make sure once again classes were canceled....AND IT WAS A MISTAKE.......WE DID HAVE SCHOOL!!!!! Now, with going to bed around 3ish....and getting up at 7, plus having a couple drinks does not equal a good situation to take a test.....owell....thursday night was fun:) Here are a couple pics of our kick ass fort in front of our house!
