SNOW STORM !!!

Well.......now it was minnesota's turn for the snow storm.....and lucky lucky me the most snow in the state was in WINONA....we got 28 inches in two days. And lucky me again....my roomates were both gone almost the whole weekend...so i was lucky enough to shovel our driveway and unbury jennas car.. haha....actually it wasnt that bad...but im really sore. Anyway, thats about all i did this weekend so here are a couple pics from friday night when the snow storm started....i was thinking of taking more pics today, but i decided not to. So this was friday night before August left me...so her and I watched the storm. Oh...and just for the record, not only were we in a blizzard..but it was also thundering and lightening like crazy!! And that night, it was so bright out...so the pics that are super bright, we didnt use a flsh to show the color in the sky and how light out it was at 1:00am! the others with all the snow in the way, that was with the flash....ook here ya go!

This is jennas car that i dug out.....sat. morning. Now, add another foot and thats what ya got for sunday morning. eek.

The other pic is me shoveling a path on our sidewalk at 1am.....and we thought THAT was a lot of snow.....wait til you see sunday's snow...i will post pics fo that once i take pics of it.

Anyway...cross your fingers for no classes tomorrow!! cause that would be awesome...and we are goin sledding...only if class is canceled though. so im hopin!!!

Friday was jennas 21st birthday (happy bday jenna AND jenny on sat.) anyway...we went out to the bars in winona...that was fun, I love when they give away free stuff....Brothers was giving away Mardi Gras beeds and shots and stuff, it was quite fun, we ended up at Shydes (my favorite) and danced til close...Jenna seemed to have a lot of fun:) Minus creepy josh kid who kept trying to dance by us. Dont worry... everytime creepy kid came by, we would turn around and dance the other way...I know kinda mean, but hes creepy! Sat, molly and I drove all the way home to surprise my dad at his surprise birthday party. That was A LOT of fun!!! And we went to the casino and I won 50 bucks! woohoo then lost some....so i ended up 35....still good! hahaha Anyway over all it was an awesome weekend. Until the drive back down here and the 6 hours of studying i did yesterday for my 2 tests today.....for what its worth i think i did pretty well on them.
*Two weeks til spring break at wisconsin dells and St. Joe visiting brian
*One month til Christina Concert and Limo ride
*Half a semester til this one is over! WOOHOO.
*30 min. til scrubs is on...so im gonna go.

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!!

Today is an AWESOME day so far....(minus the fact that my boyfriend is 3 hours away on Vday) ANYWAY, this morning during class my phone vibrarted and i had a message......I WON 4 TICKETS TO THE CHRISTINA AGUILERA CONCERT ......AND......A LIMO RIDE TO THE CONCERT FROM WINONA AND BACK AGAIN!! woohoo...I am super excited about that! It is on March 19th at the Excel......anyway the way I won the tickets was....
I was with molly when she chopped her hair off, giving her support and I was bored and there was this drawing to win tickets just staring me in the eyes...well im like "hhmmmm i think i will sign up" Not thinking i would win, cause i never win those types of things...well...I WON! So that made the start of my day go well!!! Then the rest has gone well, all because its valentines day and just because im excited....SO YAY! OK....work time. Bye!

Weekend away

well this has been a NICE LONGGG weekend. it started on with friday, driving to tomah wisconsin after class to see my cousins play. Then from their I took the LONG drive to St. Cloud to see brian. Sat. night we went out to dinner with his parents then went out to a WOP which was pretty lame....after being able to go to the bar, house parties just seem stupid. So we left there then I just came back and brian went to the bar with the guys.....sunday it was my dad's 50th birthday!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD! and we all went out to lunch. That was fun, it was nice to see my fam. again!! Well...after skipping monday of classes/work and having no class today due to Assessment day (YAY) I have to drive back down to winona and get back into my school mode....ugh. This week should be fun though!
Its V-day with my girlies at wings, then dancescape then JENNAS 21st BIRTHDAY!!! YAY~! so it should be an eventful week!

Oh...I got a new racketball racket thats pink from brian for V-day along with a sweet Pink sweat band and some new balls:) YAY Now I can kick molly's butt in R-ball!

Yay!

Well not too much to say but BRRRRR all schools around us were all canceled today because of freezing weather....(except ours of course) The wind chlls have gotten to -37 and the actual temp got down to -27 which was an all time record for winona....what do you know....when I HAD to be here it gets the coldest its ever been...eeek...tonight its supposed to be even colder! On top of that, I get to be privalged to give tours in this weather!! anyway on another note, schools going fine just a crap ton of work....but what do you expect!! Last weekend was pretty fun, we went to The Epic Movie....I liked it but I like dumb movies...I loves Snakes on a Plane....anyway...thats about it, Im hoping brian will be able to come down here this weekend;) (wink wink..hint hint)
Oh i forgot! Im sad to report our spring break plans of going to Colorado fell down the hole....but instead we are spending 2 nights at Wiscosin dells indoor water park and theme park....its pretty cheap so it will be a nice little spring break...but dont worry...I do planon going out to colorado this spring....I miss everyone out there!! anyway i hope everyone has a great day....im gonna go find me some dinner!
